Intro Consultation
I offer a complimentary one-hour service to go over the application process with the client. After this initial consultation, I follow up with a recommendation & a plan to provide appropriate service to meet your needs.
Hourly Consultations
I am available on an hourly basis to give clients review materials, courses, content, and instructional design consultations & educational consultations.
Project Consultation
I am available for a full course or project creation from inception to implementation. This provides review materials and practices, a plan to meet your needs, a solution prototype, and assistance with implimentation.
Public Speaking Engagements
I am available to speak at public or private events, and provide meaningful insights and materials on topics best practices in education and instructional design.

Instructional designers create effective, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences. They draw on best practices from education, research, graphic design, psychology, systems theory, and creative writing to create eLearning, classroom and lab experiences, workshops, job aids, and other performance support solutions.
I work with the client and subject matter experts (SMEs) to write instructional content, create storyboards, and then develop the storyboards into interactive eLearning experiences. This might include developing e-learning modules, videso, job aids, facilitator guides, slide decks, and other learning deliverables.
I believe that all instructional design methods have merit, but will work with you to apply a method that works best for our relationship and within context. I draw from principals found in ADDIE, SAM, Constructivism and Behaviorism, Merrill's Principals of Instruction, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Gagne's 9 Events.
